We are seeking a talented Associate User Experience Designer with a passion for crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Our ideal candidate possesses a basic understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and visual design skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, scenarios, and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Develop UI designs through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of varying fidelities to communicate design concepts and test solutions.
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and gather actionable feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in UX design within a professional setting.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX design skills and a focus on user-centered solutions.
• Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale effectively.
• A keen eye for visual design and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
